Beach Way is a ground floor flat (owner's living accommodation above) fronting onto The Square in Cawsand. It is situated just 50 yards from the beach.

The property has been refurbished over recent years and with central heating throughout, it is ideal for out of season breaks.

The accommodation, which sleeps 4/5, comprises:-

• Entrance vestibule, leading to lounge/dining area with beamed ceiling and stripped wooden floor. There is an open fireplace (wood and coal provided) for those wanting to cosy up in the evening with a good book and glass of wine. TV/Video, games, books, etc.
• Well equipped kitchen incorporating a separate eating area which benefits from the evening sun. Cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is access to a pretty courtyard garden which is a real suntrap in the afternoon, and across from this there is a utility room (shared with the owners) with washing machine and tumble dryer facilities.
• Shower room with electric shower, wash basin and toilet.
• Double bedroom with antique brass bed. Built-in cupboards and wash basin.
• Double bedroom with further single bed and built-in cupboards.

Linen and towels are included and will be changed weekly, but please bring your own swimming/beach towels.

Electricity is charged separately through a £1 coin meter.
