The weekly (ie. Saturday to Saturday) prices for 2008 are as follows:-
- September 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th - £300.00 (per week)
- October 4th and 11th - £225.00 (per week)
- October 18th, 25th and November 1st - £325.00 (per week)
- November 8th, 15th and 22nd - £200.00 (per week)
- November 29th and December 6th and 13th - £150.00 (per week)
- December 20th and 27th - £475.00 (per week)

- January 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st and February 7th - £200 (per week)
- February 14th - £300.00 (per week)
- February 21st, 28th and March 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th - £250.00 (per week)
- April 4th and 11th - £350.00 (per week)
- April 18th and 25th - £300.00 (per week)
- May 2nd - £400.00 (per week)
- May 9th and 16th - £350.00 (per week)
- May 23rd - £450.00 (per week)
- May 30th and June 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th - £400.00 (per week)
- July 4th and 11th - £450.00 (per week)
- July 18th, 25th and August 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th - £500.00 (per week)
- September 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th - £400.00 (per week)
- October 3rd and 10th - £300.00 (per week)
- October 17th and 24th - £350.00 (per week)
- October 31st, November 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th and December 5th and 12th - £200.00 (per week)
- December 19th (3 nights only) - £150.00 (per week)
- December 22nd and 29th (both Tuesday to Tuesday) - £500.00 (per week)

- Complete the Booking Form and attach a cheque deposit of 25% of the relevant tariff made payable to Penny West
- Post to: Mrs P West, Sea Reach, Armada Road, Cawsand, Cornwall, PL10 1PQ.
- Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
- Send the balance of the payment as above no later than 6 weeks before the intended arrival date.
- The flat will be available from 15.00 hrs on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by 11.00 hrs on the day of departure.
- Special long weekend rates are available on request.
- Prices are for a maximum of 5 people staying in the property.
