The Accommodation

Beachway is a ground floor apartment (owner’s living accommodation above) fronting onto the square, in Cawsand. It is just 50m from the beach.

The property has an open fire (logs are on the house) along with full central heating, and is ideal for out of season breaks or those just wanting to cosy up with a glass of wine and relax.

The accommodation, which sleeps 4/5, comprises:-
– entrance vestible, leading to lounge/dining area, with beamed ceiling and stripped wooden floor. Flat screen TV and DVD/CD player. There are ample games, books, DVD’s and superfast Wi-Fi.
– a well equipped kitchen, incoporating a separate eating area which benefits from the evening sun. Oven and hob, washing machine, microwave, and fridge/freezer. From the kitchen there is access to a pretty courtyard garden which is a real suntrap in the afternoon, and across from this there is a utility room (shared with the owners) with a tumble dryer.
– the bathroom has a P shaped bath with a mains power shower over, wash basin and toilet.
– two double bedrooms (one with a further single bed). Cot and highchair also available on request.

Linen and towels are included, but please bring your own swimming/beach towels.
